Sub-sea and Metering
KOS divides its business into two main areas:

Metering systems

The sub-sea division supplies complete systems for sub-sea production. The HOST (Hinge Over Sub-sea Template) is a new diverless modularised template system that assembles manifolds, wellheads, Xmas trees, sub-sea control systems and tie-in systems. The HOST supports cluster and satellite configuration, and can be installed on existing wells. All elements are designed to be transported offshore by supply ship, assembled and installed from the drilling rig in deep waters down to 2500 meters.

The Control System are available for diver-assisted, guideline and ROV installation on different Xmas trees and manifolds. Advanced electronics and modem techniques provides reliable operations and communications with low power consumption.

The Metering Systems business area includes fiscal flow metering products for the oil and gas industry, to both onshore and offshore installations. New and sophisticated ultrasonic gas flow meters offer substantial weight and space reduction.
