The founder and managing director, Bjarni Benediktsson, has a superb knowledge in producing and quality grading Bacalao products. After 25 years in the business, establishment of his own firm B. Benediktsson Ltd. in 1994, was a natural next step.

Our Products
Product supplies include a wide range of saltfish products. From the best raw material, fresh fish caught in the pure waters of Iceland anything from the traditional split wetsalted and dried salted products through salted fillets to frozen soaked portions can be supplied.
